Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts three days. If three days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange

  • Our return window lasts three days. If three days have gone by since your parcel delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • In the particular case concerning physical damage/missing product, you need to inform us on – 9979087704, or through email at ‘[email protected]’, within two days of the delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods and Workshop itms such as, Hot Glue stic,wire,Thead, or rawmaterials,cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CSP/ product,Components,Accesory, or Workshop-Tools that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition (Soldered/Burnt products or products that don’t have their original packaging/bill won’t qualify for exchange or refund)., is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • The product is different from what was shipped to you.
  • Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery.

Order Cancellation Policy

Before Order has been Shipped

In case, customer want to cancel the order, before the order has been shipped, customer needs to pay flat 5% order cancellation charge. Scienticy will refund the amount after charging the order cancellation fees to the customer. Generally, the refund is initiated with 2 Business days. The time taken for the amount to get credited to customer’s original payment method, depends on payment gateway, and varies from 3-7 days.

After order has been shipped

In a case where the order has been shipped and customer would like to cancel the order, than as the order would have left our premises, we cannot cancel the order. But, the customer should not accept the order, and ask the courier to return back to sender, without opening the parcel. The refund will be initiated within 2 business days after the parcel has been received back at our office.

In such scenarios, the customer would have to pay 5% order cancellation charge, and the forward shipping charge, and return shipping charge. We will initiate the refund to customer, the balance after charging the customer for order cancellation fees, forward shipping charge, and return shipping charge. If the customer has opened the parcel, than the returned items will be verified, and the refund will be initiated after verification within 3 business days.

How to return items?

  • Confirm your order ID and product SKU in the Invoice.
  • Contact us with the Order ID and Product SKU details through the helpdesk.
  • If the query isn’t solved through the helpdesk, contact us on – 9979087704 or email at ‘[email protected]’, along with the Order ID and Product SKU details.
  • Your address and the item you wish to return must be eligible for return. If the return is not suitable for Pickup, we provide a Self-Return option. Once the return is received, you will, per Scienticy Refund Policy, be issued a refund to your original payment method.
  • If the standard time frame (return product delivery + seven days) has expired and you have still not received the refund, please contact us again through mail or phone.
  • Refunds will not be processed in cash.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • The refund may or may not include various shipping and transactional charges based upon the error.
  • We may also decide the refund amount (partial or complete) based upon individual case-to-case considerations.

Upon approval of your refund, we will initiate the refund within two business days.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.(usually 3-5 business days).

For the products the customer returns, the refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or the bank account (in case of Cash on Delivery orders). The timeline for such a refund is the return delivery date + seven days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
