Scienticy LM393 Optical Photosensitive LDR Light Sensor Module
Empower Your Projects with Intelligent Light SensingThe Scienticy LM393 LDR Light Sensor Module is a high-precision, reliable solution designed to detect ambient light intensity with extreme accuracy. Whether you are an electronics hobbyist or a professional engineer, this module is the perfect choice for projects that require automated responses based on lighting conditions.
Advanced Performance & Stability
At the heart of this module is the industry-standard LM393 Voltage Comparator IC, paired with a premium-grade Light Dependent Resistor (LDR). This combination ensures a stable, noise-free digital signal, providing much better performance and consistency than a standalone photoresistor.
Key Features:
  • Adjustable Sensitivity: Features an integrated multi-turn potentiometer, allowing you to fine-tune the light threshold. You can precisely set exactly when the sensor triggers based on the darkness or brightness of the environment.
  • Dual Status Indicators: Equipped with two onboard LEDs—a Power LED (Red) to confirm the connection and an Output LED (Green) that lights up when the threshold is reached, making debugging effortless.
  • Universal Microcontroller Support: Operating on a flexible 3.3V to 5V DC range, it is fully compatible with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, ESP8266, and other popular development boards.
  • Robust Digital Output: The digital output (DO) can directly drive a relay module or provide a clean signal to a microcontroller, supporting currents greater than 15mA.
  • Compact & Easy Installation: Its small form factor and pre-drilled mounting hole make it incredibly easy to install in tight spaces or secure inside project enclosures.

Technical Specifications:
